A transformational retail industry leader with over 25 years of experience leading sales teams for some of the world's largest and most highly respected retail companies in the world, completing turnarounds for; Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Prada, and Farrow & Ball.
In 2021 Meghan left the luxury retail world to enter the cannabis space at Perfect Union, one of California's fastest-growing, vertically- integrated cannabis retailers. Within 3 months of making major improvements in their 18 dispensaries, she was promoted to Chief Operations Officer. As COO, she streamlined operations, focusing on profitability, scale, and consistency through margin analysis, open to buy and distribution processes.
After spending nearly a year at Perfect Union, she saw the need for an elevated and more curated customer experience in dispensaries coast to coast, bringing her to start Weedstar Retail Consulting.

In 2019, Gershon entered the cannabis wellness space at dosist, an award-winning, disruptive health and wellness cannabis brand. There he developed a direct-to-consumer experience in branded retail stores and concession wellness experiences in California and Nevada, technical infrastructure, and key brand initiatives, including first-party branded accessories.
After nearly two years in the cannabis wellness space, Gershon transitioned to lead Retail Operations at Perfect Union, supporting store design, construction, standard operating procedures, systems and analytics, and information technology. Gershon developed systems and tools to ensure a balanced focus on guest experience, team experience, and company priorities.
